PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized single-side corrugated filter which has sharp attenuation characteristics and is capable of ensuring attenuation amount. SOLUTION: There are provided a bend waveguide section 12, whose input part and the output part are belt at 90°, respectively, and a corrugated section 14, connected to an opening 32 on a side surface of the bend waveguide section. The corrugated section is placed on the waveguide section, in such a way as to fit positioning pins 40, 42 of the waveguide section into long grooves 44, 46 of the corrugated section. After the position of the corrugated section is adjusted in a length direction, a screw 38 is inserted in a long hole 28 of the corrugated section and screwed in a screw hole 34 provided in an upper part of the waveguide section 12, thereby the corrugated section 14 in the waveguide section 12 is fixed.
