<p>A cardiac signal detection device is configured so that electrodes for detecting a cardiac signal are transparent electrodes (10, 11), a transparent insulating film (12) is coated on the transparent electrodes (10, 11), and the cardiac signal is detected by capacitive coupling between a biological body and the transparent electrodes (10, 11). Consequently, it is possible to prevent moisture or the like from adhering to the transparent electrodes (10, 11) and damaging the transparent electrodes (10, 11). The transparent electrodes (10, 11) are also disposed in an area overlapping with a display panel (8), thereby improving the degree of freedom of the layout of, for example, operation buttons and enabling the size of the cardiac signal detection device (1) to be reduced.</p> |
