PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive interleaved converter with a circuit thereof simplified. SOLUTION: The interleaved converter includes: input voltage detection means R1, R2 which detect an input voltage of a parallel converter obtained by parallel-connecting a plurality of converters having reactors L1, L2, switching means Q1, Q2, and rectifiers D1, D2, and output an input voltage signal thereof; output voltage detection means R3, R4 which detect an output voltage of the parallel converter and output an output voltage signal thereof; and a control means 10. The control means includes: an error amplifier 11 which compares the output voltage signal with a reference voltage, and output an error amplification signal; a computing unit 12 which generates an on-time signal and an off-time signal based on the input voltage signal, the output voltage signal and the error amplification signal; a phase signal generator 13 which generates a plurality of phase signals having different phases based on the on-time signal, the off-time signal and the error amplification signal; a pulse generator 14 which outputs a plurality of pulse-train signals synchronized with the plurality of phase signals based on the on-time signal, the error amplification signal and the plurality of phase signals; and a drive means 15 which drives the respective switching means in accordance with the plurality of pulse-train signals.
