<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production management system wherein a work wait of a worker or a worker wait of work is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: A worker information recording part 10 records processing capability of the worker. A device information recording part 12 records processing capability of a device used for the work by the worker. A work results recording part 14 records work results of the work performed by the worker. A production request input part 16 is inputted with a production request including the kind, a quantity, and a delivery date of a product. A host computer 18 outputs work instructions each indicating the work to be performed by the worker so as to accomplish the production request inputted to the production request input part 16 by turns based on information recorded in the worker information recording part 10, the device information recording part 12, and the work results recording part 14. A display terminal such as a production information display terminal 20, 22 or a mobile terminal 24, 26 displays the work instruction outputted by the host computer 18.
