<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling part forming method of forming a filling part free from the occurrence of defects such as crack or void by filling a water-based or solvent-based slurry filler into the void part provided in a water absorbing ceramic structure and a water absorbing ceramic structure having the filling part formed by the method of forming the filling part. <P>SOLUTION: The filling part 31 is formed by inserting a filling member 20, structured so as to be inserted into the void part 13 provided in a ceramic structure 10 comprising a water absorbing ceramic and formed to be opened at least in one end and to inject the filler 30 from a tip end part 20a, into the inside of the void part 13 and injecting the filler 30 from the tip end part 20a while moving outward to fill the filler 30 into the void part 13. As a result, the filler 30 is filled into the void part 13 without widely moving the filler 30 in the void part 13 and thereby defects caused by the low flowability of the filler 30 does not occur in the filling part 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
