PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily maintain a list even when the user sets original extraction conditions.

SOLUTION: The list creation information setting device for setting information to be used for creating list-format data is provided with: a user definition item setting means for causing a storage means to store user definition items including one or more items designated by a user; and a list information setting means for causing the storage means to store list information including reference source information designating a reference source classified into any of the data of an existing database, list information and user definition items designated by the user, and further including, when there are two or more reference sources, connection conditions connecting items included in different reference sources.
