<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for constructing a water shutting-off layer inexpensively in a short period of time and to provide a bentonite spreading machine used in the construction method. <P>SOLUTION: This bentonite spreading machine 1 is provided with a scattering device 6 for scattering bentonite 2 over the ground surface, a water adding device 8 for supplying water to the bentonite 2, and a stirring device 9 for stirring the bentonite 2. In this construction method for the water shutting-off layer, the bentonite 2 in a dry condition is carried into a planned construction site for the water shutting-off layer and is directly charged into a hopper 4 of the bentonite spreading machine 1. The bentonite 2 is scattered over the ground surface 5 by the predetermined thickness while letting the bentonite spreading machine 1 run. Water is sprayed on the bentonite 2 scattered on the ground surface 5 through a nozzle 8b to make it wet. Furthermore, the bentonite 2 in a wet condition is stirred by a screw 9a to make content of water included in the bentonite 2 uniform. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
