PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an onboard alcohol-on-breath measuring device for actualizing less occurrence of drink drive than conventional one. SOLUTION: An alcohol interlocking system includes an alcohol fuel cell sensor for measuring the concentration of alcohol on the breath of a vehicle driver, a display part and a speaker for giving a notice to the driver to urge him to re-measure the concentration of alcohol on the breath (re-measurement urging notice), and a CPU for managing a time up to a predetermined period. The CPU stops the subtraction of the time up to the predetermined period when determining that a vehicle is stopped (Steps S252, S254), determines whether the time reaches the predetermined period or not (Steps S256, S262, S264, S266), and makes the display part and the speaker execute the re-measurement urging notice when the time reaches the predetermined period (Step S258).
