<p>The method involves determining actual information relevant for selection of energy sources. A currently best energy source is determined and used with respect to the information. The currently best energy source is determined by hierarchical processing of information handling conditions. An applicable value is determined with respect to a rating system based on the information for the energy source. The best energy source is determined based on the applicable value. A portion of heating power is determined based on the applicable value. The gas, oil, pellets and/or wood, wind energy and solar power are used as energy sources. Price describing cost of an energy source and clock time, and measurement values of the sensors are determined as the information. An independent claim is also included for a control device for a heating system.</p> |
