<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-liquid mixing dissolving device wherein a dissolving ratio of gas to liquid is good, a dissolving time can be shortened, and its miniaturization can be achieved. SOLUTION: A dissolving tank 13 of a vertically long cylinder having an inflow opening 20 formed in an upper central part and an discharge opening 22 formed to a downward side is provided. A jetting means 16 for jetting a gas-liquid mixture 15 of liquid 12 and gas 14 downward from the inflow opening 20 and dissolving the gas 14 in the liquid 12, is provided. The jetting means 16 generates a turbulent flow and foam vortex 24 in an inside 11 of the dissolving tank 13, makes bubbles owing to the gas 14 fine to form fine bubbles 27, and forms a state wherein the fine bubbles 27 are generated in almost the whole of the liquid 12 stagnating in the inside 11. A contact area and a contact time between the liquid 12 and the gas 14 can be secured.</p> |
