PURPOSE: An opening and closing device for use in a portable device having two units sliding each other are provided to enable the slide opening and closing of a second unit stably by configuring the guide width of a movable member in long size through a slide guide unit. CONSTITUTION: A first unit has a keypad, and a second unit includes a display unit. A fixing member(110) is prepared in the first unit and fixed to the first unit. A movable member(120) receives the both ends of the fixing member at the inner side of the movable member.
