PURPOSE: A device for discharging a diluted solution and a device for sterilizing a toilet bowl therewith are provided to maintain cleanness of a toilet bowl by spraying a diluted solution on the inner wall of the toilet bowl. CONSTITUTION: A device(100) for discharging a diluted solution comprises a undiluted sterilizing solution container(120), a diluted sterilizing solution container(140), multiple pipelines, and valves. The undiluted sterilizing solution container accepts a sterilizing solution. The diluted sterilizing solution container receives the undiluted sterilizing solution and water from the undiluted sterilizing solution container. The pipelines are composed of a raw water pipeline(P1), an undiluted solution pipeline(P2), and a diluted solution pipeline(P3). The valves are composed of a undiluted solution pipeline valve(V2) and a diluted solution pipeline valve(V3).
