The device has a sheet-plate folded back on three successive sides to form a rib forming a re-entrant angle of forty degrees with respect to a vertical line over a variable length according to the desired rigidity. A fin-sheet is formed of two planes perpendicularly directed on both sides of a fold line whose one rectangular portion is provided on a lower face of a double-layered complex of a rack and another rectangle portion constitutes a console with transverse rigidity to support heavy loads.
