PURPOSE: A computer readable recording medium and a method thereof for supplying advertisement based on the reaction of a user for increasing advertisement effect are provided to dynamically supply advertisement based on the reaction of the user. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement transmitter(210) transmits first advertisement contents to a user terminal. The advertisement transmitter reacts to the mouse action of the user.
