<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of reducing noises generated in it and improving energy efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system 100 has a compressor 22 for compressing an oxidation gas, a fuel cell 102 for having supply of the oxidation gas from the compressor 22, and a silencer 24 arranged in the middle of a piping supplying the oxidation gas outputted from the compressor 22 to the fuel cell 102 and having a rectifying plate with a lattice shape or a honeycomb shape inside a case.
