摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative measurement system of immunity capable of performing measurement easily and rapidly by a drop of blood sample at the tip of a finger. SOLUTION: In a measurement system using a test piece capable of measuring concentration of an analyte in blood having a whole blood of≤10 ul and a compact measuring device, the power of the measuring device is turned on by inserting the test piece to the measuring device. When power is turned on, the measuring device checks the test piece, executes decision of propriety of measurement and switching of parameters for the measurement method, indicates a blood dotted sampling enable state, and notifies a measuring person of enabling of a blood inspection. When the measuring person performs spot application of a test piece to blood, the measuring device detects the spot application state, determines whether the amount of blood is excessive or in shortage, and starts counting measurement time when confirming that the amount of blood required for measurement has been subjected to spot application. When time required for measurement passes, concentration of an analyte in the blood is quantified according to the degree of reaction on the test piece, and the measurement results are displayed.
