<p>The invention relates to a method and a system for correcting and training the technical skills for the execution of main technical elements characterizing various sports, such as table tennis. According to the invention, the method comprises a stage (A) of presetting the motion playfields, a stage (B) of carrying on the exercise and a stage (C) of evaluation. The claimed system for carrying out the method comprises a correction device (D), a data control and analysis unit (E) and a simulation robot (F), where the correction device (D), which operates based on the drop-out of an infrared signal as a consequence of the interposition of the player's body, comprises some positioning components, each of them consisting of a mechanical support (1) and an angular adjustment head (2), some guiding components, each of them consisting of an optical emitter (3), as well as a detecting component consisting of a central monitoring unit (4) and some mobile capsules (5) with infrared sensors, while the data control and analysis unit (E) comprises a video camera (6) and a computer (7).</p> |
