A hinge core (18) comprises a contact area, and is attached to one of the hinge parts. A hinge core retainer (16) is attached to the other hinge part in a hinge section (30). A contact part of a door holder (52) is held at the hinge core retainer and cooperates with the contact area of the hinge core.
