PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a power supply unit capable of further suppressing variation in an offset of output voltage and executing stable electric power supply. SOLUTION: The power supply unit 510 is equipped with an n transistor M103 in which a drain terminal is connected to an output circuit 109, an n transistor M104 in which the drain terminal is connected to the drain terminal of the n transistor M103 and the gate terminal is connected to a drive voltage output line L101, and a switch 103 arranged between the gate terminal of the n transistor M103 and the drive voltage output line L101. The switch 103 switches whether the gate terminal of the n transistor M103 is connected to the drive voltage output line L101 responding to the operation state of the power supply unit 510.
