PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens device provided with a lock mechanism for locking an operation ring for operating a predetermined lens or diaphragm by tightening a lock knob and capable of preventing the operation ring from causing positional deviation when locking it by attaching a spacer to be fitted into a groove of the operation ring allowing the lock knob to be inserted into it to the lock knob. SOLUTION: This lens device 10 for monitoring includes a focus ring 12 in an outer peripheral part of a fixed cylinder 10 and a zoom ring 14 in an outer peripheral part of the focus ring. A screw hole 48 to be screw-fitted into a shaft part 16B of the lock knob 16 is formed in the focus ring 12, and an open hole part 50 (a long groove) in which the lock knob 16 is inserted is formed in the zoom ring 14.
