PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk clamper which can prevent the theft, while a disk resides in the device, and to provide a disk drive device. SOLUTION: The disk drive device includes: a disk clamper 5; a turntable 21; and an optical pickup 22. The disk clamper 5 includes: a central recessed part 51 which covers a boss part 21a of the turntable 21; and a disk part 52 which continues to a periphery of a central recessed part 51. In the disk part 52, the disk D1 is fixed in a coaxial shape to a facing surface 52t of the turntable 21. A plurality of projections 55 which penetrate the disk D1 are prepared in the disk part 52, and an annular groove 21d corresponding to the projection 55 is formed in a flange part 21b. When the disk D1 is held by the turntable 21 and the disk clamper 5, a tip of the projection 55 enters in the annular groove 21d and the flange part 21b and the disk part 52 contact the disk D1.
