<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compatibilizer for improving storage stability of a polyol mixture. <P>SOLUTION: The compatibilizer for a plurality of polyol compositions, such as polyester polyol, polyether polyol, vegetable oil-base polyol, which are mutually immiscible contains particles of silica etc. dispersed in a carrier medium such as polyethylene glycol.
