PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of information equipment by a user by reducing any load to be required for the management of a plurality of information equipment connected through a network.

SOLUTION: This information equipment management device includes: a history storage means for storing information related with the cooperation of a plurality of information equipment connected through a network, at least, the cooperation frequency of the cooperatively operating equipment and the equipment; an index creation means for creating the index of a relative distance to the plurality of information equipment connected through the network by associating the information related with the cooperation frequency of the plurality of information equipment stored in the history storage means; and an equipment selection means for selecting the cooperatively operating equipment based on the index of the relative distance.
