PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink for an organic transistor with which a plate member is excellently inked with respect to printability, whose mobility and on/off ratio are high with respect to electric characteristics, and which can be lowered in threshold, driving voltage, and off current, and to provide an electrode of the organic transistor, a method of forming the electrode, and the organic transistor. SOLUTION: The ink for the organic transistor contains metal nanoparticles, one or two or more nonionic surfactants, and a solvent in which the metal nanoparticles and one or two or more nonionic surfactants are dissolved or dispersed.
