PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: it takes long time for preparation for an inspection and the inspection in a conventional probability detection method of appearance of air bubbles. SOLUTION: In the method for evaluating a plastic liquid crystal panel having two opposite plastic substrates and liquid crystal injected in between the plastic substrates, a gap in the liquid crystal panel is changed by applying a tension which partially pull the plastic substrate toward the outside, and time is measured till the change of gap is restored, thus excellent articles with bubble generation being sorted.
