PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and precise method of analyzing heat that suppresses variations in detection temperature by rapidly conducting heat applied to a sample vessel to a sample to be inspected. SOLUTION: In the method of analyzing heat in a sample 30 to be inspected stored in the sample vessel 60 by heating or cooling the sample vessel 60 by raising or lowering temperature of the sample 30, the gap in the sample vessel for storing the sample is filled with a non-oxide filler 70 made of non-oxide ceramics having heat conductivity (W/m K) lower than that of the oxide ceramics.
