<p>The power plant comprises a steam generator (15), a steam turbine (18), a steam pipe (22) that connects a steam outlet of the steam generator with an inlet of the steam turbine, and/or a recirculation line (21) that connects an outlet of the steam turbine with a feed water inlet of the steam generator. A first circuit is formed for a first thermodynamic cycle. A first heat exchanger is switched on in the recirculation line at primary side and in a second circulation line at secondary side for a second thermodynamic cycle. The power plant comprises a steam generator (15), a steam turbine (18), a steam pipe (22) that connects a steam outlet of the steam generator with an inlet of the steam turbine, and/or a recirculation line (21) that connects an outlet of the steam turbine with a feed water inlet of the steam generator. A first circuit is formed for a first thermodynamic cycle. A first heat exchanger is switched on in the recirculation line at primary side and in a second circulation line at secondary side for a second thermodynamic cycle. A condensate pump is switched on in the recirculation line between the first heat exchanger and the steam generator. A second heat exchanger is switched on as evaporator for a desalination plant in the recirculation line between the steam turbine and the first heat exchanger. An additional steam turbine is switched on in the second circuit and is connected with a generator. The second thermodynamic cycle is an organic-Rankine-cycle or Kalina cycle. A line (27) for a process condensate flows a process steam disengaged from the steam line between the steam turbine and the first heat exchanger in the recirculation line.
