<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which prevents a user from burning his or her fingers, or the like, when taking out a transfer paper on which a toner image has been recorded. <P>SOLUTION: In an image forming apparatus 1 wherein a paper output device 90 having a paper output tray 91 from which recording members 9 having images formed thereon are discharged and are piled on is provided between a reader 4 for reading originals and an image forming part 6 for forming images, the reader 4 has a duct part 420 being a space between an enclosure 412 of the reader 4 and a housing body 411 covering the enclosure 412 and has an exhaust port 413 which is on the side of a bottom surface 412a of the reader 4 and through which air in the reader 4 flows to the outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
