PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device capable of allowing an end of an exhaust passage connected to a cone part to be brought close to an end of a cylindrical body. SOLUTION: The exhaust emission control device includes the cylindrical body 2 storing a catalyst body A, a large diameter end 3a fitted over an end of the cylindrical body 2 and connected to the cylindrical body 2, a small diameter end 3b connected to an upstream side flange 5, and an upstream side cone part 3 comprising a connecting part 3c connecting the large diameter end 3a to the small diameter end 3b. The small diameter end 3b is brought close to the large diameter end 3a by curving the connecting part 3c, a portion of the large diameter end 3a brought close to the small diameter end 3b is extended, and an enlarged part 3d having a portion fitted over the end of the cylindrical body 2 is provided.
