PURPOSE: A Semiconductor device is provided to reduce an equivalent series resistance in order to improve power supplying capability by connecting one connecting wiring between plurals of power lines. CONSTITUTION: A first power line(21A) supplies first external power to a first peripheral region(20). A second power line(22A) supplies second external power to a second peripheral region(30). A third power line(21B) supplies the second external power to the first peripheral region. First connecting wirings(23A, 24A, 25A) connect the first power line with the second power line. Second connecting wirings(23B, 24B, 25B) connect the third power line with a fourth power line(22B). |
