<p>The device has central, side and front mold elements (1-3) moved with respect to each other and jointly cooperating by defining joint planes (23) and a cavity (10) between them. The mold element forming a protruding part (e) of an item i.e. annular gasket (E), is angularly oriented from a connection edge (a) and on a portion (23a) of length of the joint planes according to an ejection direction (F). The mold element forming the protruded part has a draft used for molding the protruding part, and is connected frontward at the joint planes by a chamfer extending up to an edge.
