PURPOSE: A light emitting diode is provided to perform a display function on a traffic signal and a display panel. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting diode includes a reflector(28) and a reflective plate(24). The reflective plate is installed on the rear of the light emitting chip and reflects the light from the light emitting diode chip to the front. The reflector is combined with the outer surface of the reflective plate and blocks the light irradiated from the outside.
