PURPOSE: A jig for manufacturing a stabilizer bar bush is provided to prevent the surface degradation of a plastic solid material and thereby improve the quality of a stabilizer bar bush. CONSTITUTION: A jig for manufacturing a stabilizer bar bush comprises a base(110) and a movable plate(140). The base includes a lower plate(116) and a guide reinforcing plate(118). The lower plate has first holes(112) and holding parts(114) for keeping parts from falling. The guide reinforcing plate is extended upward from the right and left edges of the lower plate. The movable plate comprises a middle lower plate(142), a middle upper plate(152), and a connecting member. The middle lower plate has second holes and the middle upper plate has third holes, wherein the second and third holes are formed at the same intervals as the first holes. The connecting member forms a mounting unit(151) for parts by connecting the second and third holes. The movable plate moves back and forth between the guide reinforcing plates. |
