PURPOSE: A spice mill is provided to enable a milling cylinder and a fixing cap to be simply assembled and disassembled. CONSTITUTION: A spice mill is composed of a milling box(20), a housing(30), a screw, a driving shaft, a motor(60), an indirect cutter wheel, a perforated disc(80), a blade, and a fixed cap(100). The milling box and the housing are arranged on the top of a case(10). The screw and the driving shaft are built in the milling box and the housing. The indirect cutter wheel and the perforated disc are installed on the front of the milling box. The fixed cap is assembled to the front of the milling box. The housing is fixed to the case by a bolt(200). A connecting pipe is inserted into the milling box. A washer(310) is inserted into a fixing bolt(300) and the fixing bolt is coupled to the bolt holes of both sides of the front of the housing and to a washer contact sill(33). A plurality of assembling projections are projected from the outside of the front of the milling box. An assembling groove and an intermitting groove inserted into the assembling protrusions are formed on the fixed cap. |
