FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: straw fertiliser production method includes feedstock treatment by way of its milling along with simultaneous thermal action and under a pressure of 3-50 MPa; the treatment is implemented in a mixer at a 0.03 - 3 N/mm2 shift voltage at a temperature of 130 - 150C in the presence of Ca(OH)2 lime which is added in an amount of 2 - 10% of absolutely dry straw solid and, as a minimum, one sal added in an amount of 3 - 10% of absolutely dry straw solid with the straw moisture content being not less than 20%. The sal is represented by (KCl) potash chloride or (NH2)2CO carbamide or (Ca(H2PO4)2 superphosphate or (KClMgCl2) kalimag or (K2CO3) potassium carbonate or any their combination with each other. ^ EFFECT: it increases fertiliser quality due to increased speed of the fertiliser composition microflora processing. ^ 24 cl, 2 ex
