A method for automatic control of the first body of vacuum-evaporator installation (VEI) where boiling temperature of solution in the first VEI body is measured and regulated by changing supply of heat carrier to the body, tomato paste level in the VEI body is measured and regulated by changing rotating frequency of a pump feeding the product to the first body, rarefication in a separator of the VEI body is measured and regulated by changing rotating frequency of the pump creating vacuum. Additionally current heat carrier consumption through heat exchanger of the VEI body is measured and proportionally to the result of measurement the given value of temperature in the first VEI body is corrected using a Smith predictor, consumption of pulp entering into the VEI body is measured and proportionally to the result of measurement the given value of tomato paste level in the first VEI body is corrected, that increased the product quality. |
