A semaphore-light indicator for heating current-conductive elements and contact connections of processing units comprises a body with clamps and a temperature detector made of shape memory effect material. A clamp having a gap and a winding performed by insulated wire is presented as a ferromagnet ring enclosing the current conductive element which is connected to a light source through a power unit. An indicator insulating body is secured to the ring, whereon the light source is positioned. One end of the temperature detector in the form of a cylindrical flattened-out spring is secured in the indicator body. To free end of the temperature detector a ferromagnetic material plate is fixed, overall dimensions of which correspond to a gap in the ring, a semaphore type alarm is secured to the plate made of bright insulation material. The proposed design of the indicator provides continuous diagnostics of under-pressure operating current conductive elements during under-pressure (under-current) operation, indication of current-conductive elements being under pressure fault that increases fault-safety. Double alarm signaling for current conductive elements allows enhancement of electrical processing unit reliability. |
