PROJECT CURRENT SITUATION RECOGNITION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present information for enabling a project manager to correctly recognize the current situation of a program when executing project management.

SOLUTION: A project current situation recognition device is configured to use a project parameter database in which the quantitative information of categories such as the risk score of a project and a progress ratio and the performance of an operation is recorded for each progress phase of the project; a significance definition function for defining the significance of each category for each progress phase of the project in the descending order of significance by inputting the information recorded in the project parameter database; a significance database for recoding the information defined by the significance definition function; and significance visualization function for displaying the significance as the whole project or for each project progress phase with a graph using the value of the significance recorded in the significance database as an axis.
