PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for evaluating in-vivo tubular lumen accurately while minimizing a load imposed thereon. SOLUTION: A pressure container (24) includes annular expansion bags (24f, 24g) which blocks between the intermediate point of an upper arm (34) and the intermediate point of a forearm (22), which are positioned along the longitudinal direction of the arm of the body. In the state of housing the part between the first and second points positioned along the longitudinal direction of the arm as described above, the inner pressure is changed within a pressure range including negative pressure. Owing to this constitution, the pressure container (24) can be relatively small even in the case where an artery (44) (tubular lumen) having a relatively large diameter is housed in the pressure container (24), which reduces a physical or mental load imposed on a subject. In association with the reduction in the physical or mental load, the cross-sectional shape of the artery (44) (tubular lumen) can be measured in a stable manner, which enables highly accurate evaluation of the in-vivo tubular lumen.
