PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball put-out device capable of facilitating discharge of game balls in a storage tank, and a game machine. SOLUTION: The ball put-out device 100 of the Pachinko machine 10 includes a ball receiving member 102 provided in a ball discharge part 82 of the storage tank 80; a ball discharge port 106 formed on a side surface of the ball receiving member 102; ball outlets 104A and 104B formed on the bottom of the ball receiving member 102; a support shaft 87 for rotatably supporting the ball receiving member 102; a driving gear 122 provided coaxially with the support shaft 87; and a screw member 108 for putting out Pachinko balls. When Pachinko balls in the storage tank 80 are discharged at a time, the ball receiving member 102 is rotated around the support shaft 87 to turn the ball discharge port 106 downward. As a result, the Pachinko balls PB left inside the ball receiving member 102 are removed without rotating the screw member 108, and therefore, the Pachinko balls PB inside the storage tank 80 can be easily discharged.
