PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of preparing a metal nanoparticle which has preferable dispersion property and preservation stability and can be stably dispersed into a solution even at a low pH in the range of pH 1 to 6, and to provide a method of preparing metal nanoparticle dispersion solution. SOLUTION: The method of preparing metal nanoparticle comprises: a first process of mixing a straight-chain polyethylene imine, H-[-NH-CH<SB>2</SB>-CH<SB>2</SB>-]<SB>n</SB>-NH<SB>2</SB>having (n) of 2 to 2,000 and metal ion of one or more kinds to prepare a mixed solution; a second process of reducing the mixed solution prepared in the first process to prepare a metal nanoparticle solution in which the metal nanoparticles covered with the straight-chain polyethylene imine are dispersed; and a third process of re-precipitating the metal nanoparticle solution to separate the metal nanoparticles covered with the straight-chain polyethylene imine, wherein the metal nanoparticles are excellent in responsiveness to pH and can correspond to the pH of the wide range including the low pH. Further, the obtained metal nanoparticles have preferable dispersion property and preservation stability and can be stably dispersed into a solution even at a low pH. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
