<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of a vehicle when the carrying of a mobile device out of a vehicle is monitored. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle 11 monitors the carrying of a mobile device 12 out of the vehicle 11 when an engine 22 is started. The vehicle 11 specifies whether the mobile device 12 is in the vehicle 11 or not through the wireless communication with the mobile device 12, and detects whether a person is present in the vehicle 11 or not by an entry sensor 33. The vehicle 11 issues an alarm for the carry-out of the mobile device 12 properly based on the results of the identification of the mobile device 12 and the results of the detection of the person. In this case, when the person is present in the vehicle 11 continuously after the mobile device 12 is carried out, the vehicle 11 determines that the driver has left the vehicle 11 leaving an acquaintance while having the mobile device 12, and does not issue the alarm.
