ENGINE OIL COMPOSITION FOR GAS ENGINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil composition for a gas engine, which has excellent metal corrosion prevention such as copper corrosion prevention of a bearing member of a gas engine and a long life.

SOLUTION: The engine oil composition for a gas engine comprises: a base oil; 0.01-3.0 mass% of a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether having an HLB value of 8-11; and 0.01-3.0 mass% of an organomolybdenum complex. Preferably, the base oil has a kinematic viscosity at 100°C of 5-12 mm2/s and a viscosity index of≥125. The engine oil composition comprises 2-15 mass% of boron-containing succinimide as a dispersant, wherein a sulfate ash content in the engine oil composition is 0.5-1.3 mass%.
