<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of reducing cross pollution between the sorption region and the desorption region of a rotary sorption bed which generates by a pressure unbalance of a fluid, and by a huge steam pressure difference. <P>SOLUTION: A sorption matter is desorbed by flowing a regeneration fluid 14 from the reverse direction from the process fluid through a heating device 15 into a rotary disk type sorbent mass 11 through which a process fluid 12 passes. At the same time, an isolation fluid 17 different from the flow of the process fluid and the regeneration fluid is circulated in a closed loop, and the sorbent mass is circulated in the same direction of the flow as in the region immediately after the isolation region of the rotation direction of the sorbent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
