PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a liquid enclosed vibration isolating rubber article capable of cleaning and removing liquid adhering to the external surface of an assembly with high efficiency in a cleaning process after performing assembly in liquid when manufacturing the liquid enclosed vibration isolating rubber article. SOLUTION: In the cleaning process after assembling a plurality of members composing the liquid enclosed vibration isolating rubber article in liquid, nozzle holes 120 injecting vapor as cleaning fluid are plurally disposed around the assembly 10A by turning on outer peripheral surface of the assembly 10A inserted as a set into interior of a cleaning tank 78 cylindrically composed, and the plurality of respective nozzle holes 120 perform cleaning by obliquely hitting jet stream of the vapor from each of the nozzle holes 120 in circumferential direction to outer peripheral surface of the assembly 10A by setting the direction of the injection to a direction inclined to the same direction as the circumferential direction with respect to the center of the axis O of the assembly 10A.
