<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of a reinforcing member, and to suppress an increase in weight. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Inside of a closed cross section part 30 formed of a front side member 12 and a floor panel 20, the reinforcing member 38 with a filled closed cross section part 56 is arranged. In a region in which the outside wall part 12F and the inside wall part 12H of the front side member 12 are deformed in a direction separating from each other in buckling deformation along the longitudinal direction of the closed cross section part 30, flanges 42B, 42C of a center reinforcement 42 are connected (a connection point P2) to the outside wall part 12F and the inside wall part 12H of the front side member 12 by spot welding.
