<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED light emitting member, along with a method of manufacturing it, suitable for configuring an electronic display and a signboard having a main light volume radiation angle chiefly in diagonal direction, using an LED. <P>SOLUTION: Relating to an LED light emitting member 1, an LED 11 is arranged on a printed board 12 of oblong near rectangle. A current supply pattern for supplying electric power to turn on the LEDs, a current return pattern, and a control connection pattern for controlling illumination of LEDs that are to be included or not included, are arranged on two sides forming a pair or one side on end face of the oblong printed board 12. The LED board 12 for external connection is press-inserted for bonding into the internal space of a cylindrical holder 13 having a cut in length direction or a holder 13 formed by bending a plate material, in such manner as the holder 13 is pushed and expanded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
