PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a seal performance of a damper by absorbing dimensional variation of each component while suppressing a rise in cost, and to prevent generation of an abnormal sound. SOLUTION: The link structure of the air conditioner for the vehicle includes: a driven link 103 connected to the damper for opening and closing an air channel included in the air conditioner for the vehicle; and a driving link 104 engaged with the driven link 103. An engagement pin 104b is formed in the driving link 104. In the driven link 103, a hole part 103b which is engaged while the engagement pin 104b is inserted is formed so as to extend in a predetermined direction. In the engagement pin 104b, a pressure part 104e which is welded with pressure on an inner peripheral surface of the hole part 103b to be elastically deformed is provided.
