<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna apparatus, a receiving apparatus, a receiving system, a antenna installation direction determining method and a program for detecting that an antenna installation direction is displaced without being affected by the attenuation of rainfalls, a malfunction of the receiving apparatus, the deterioration of a cable or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A direction sensor 12 is mounted in an antenna 11. When installing the antenna, such an installation direction of the antenna 11 as to bring a receiving level to a viewable level is stored as a receivable range. If the installation direction of the antenna 11 is out of a receivable range during viewing, a caution or the like is issued on a screen to notify a user of such a state. Thus, it is detected that the installation direction of the antenna 11 is displaced without being affected by the attenuation rainfalls the malfunction of the receiving apparatus, the deterioration of the cable or the like, and the user can be notified of an effect that the installation direction of the antenna 11 should be adjusted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
