PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that can greatly improve reusability of a stored document. SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes: a stored document creation means of outputting an inputted image data group in accordance with operation settings, storing the image data group in a storage device before performing image editing processing according to image editing settings of the operation settings when storing the image data group into the storage device, and also storing the operation settings as additional information on the image data group stored in the storage device; a re-output time operation setting means of receiving image editing settings to be applied to the image data group to be output when outputting the image data group stored by the stored document creation means; and a re-output means of performing image editing processing on the stored image data group according to the additional information and the image editing settings received by the re-output time operation setting means, and outputting the image data group having been subjected to the image editing processing.
